About Access.ca
Access.ca is a gateway site to resources of particular use to Canadian Social Studies teachers. It enables teachers to find those resources in their original online locations, and to rate their usefulness, review them, make notes about their appropriateness, and save their information in personal collections through "My Library."
Access.ca is one of many educational productions of the Historica Foundation. It was created by 7th Floor Media, a program of Continuing Studies, Simon Fraser University. Initial content providers include The Canadian Encyclopedia, the Historica Foundation, Library and Archives Canada, the McCord Museum, and 7th Floor Media. Access.ca is funded by the Department of Canadian Heritage.
